At Artistic Monotone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. This policy explains the conditions under which you can return items and request refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and any accessories included.
  • The item must be free from damage or alterations by the customer.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for returns. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items

1.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@artisticmonotone.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s).
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or invoice.
  4. Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the package.

1.3 Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the original method of payment will be credited within 7-14 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

2.2 Partial Refunds In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including when:

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items made to order
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as undergarments, swimwear, or earrings)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@artisticmonotone.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned and will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the indicated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
